Changing The World, One Code At A Time

Kyra and Tara met as professional colleagues in 2010 in St. Augustine, Florida. They developed a connection through their shared passion of all things coding, which kept them connected as their careers progressed and they continued to pursue their individual professional aspirations. After several years as colleagues, friends and fellow "coding nerds", they joined efforts to start CodeWell Consulting and finally merge their combined experience and skills to pursue their passion for education.

Recognizing how impactful information and education can be in the healthcare environment, the CodeWell consulting vision was quickly identified as a foundational commitment to accuracy, integrity, and high quality. With these driving principles, the world can truly be changed, one accurately coded, properly documented, and medically supported code at a time!

In addition to their business aspirations, Kyra and Tara are particularly passionate about creating opportunities to pay-it-forward by donating educational services and training to help build career opportunities for women who would otherwise go without.
